Editing
Editing services are provided across genres, with a special expertise in classical music. In addition, dialogue and other audio sources can be edited to suit your needs. Edits once thought impossible are easily achieved with speed and accuracy.
Allen Corneau Mastering uses the SADiE 6 editing software, arguably the most sophisticated editing system available today. Allen is a skilled music reader, so he is no stranger to the full orchestral score. His classical music background gives him the ability to hear nuance in traditional and contemporary classical musical styles that are acoustic in nature.
If needed, editing at your location is available. Please contact Allen to discuss your needs.

The Transfer Lab
Transfer and restore various audio formats, including vinyl records, analog (reel-to-reel) tapes, cassette tapes, digital audio tapes (DAT) and more.
Restoration can reduce or completely remove unwanted artifacts such as tape hiss, drop-outs, clicks, and crackles introduced on vinyl records.
For Musicians
Perhaps you are a musician or hobbyist who has recorded and/or mixed music in analog, cassette or DAT tape format, and you now want to digitize your end product.
For the Public
Or, maybe you’re not a musician, but you have an old recording of your high school choir concert, or you found an old reel-to-reel recording of your grandfather serenading your grandmother.
The Process
Allen Corneau Mastering is set up to transfer your older format audio into digital quickly, cleanly, and affordably.
Your original audio format will be transferred onto computer and converted to digital format. Once transferred, the audio can be restored and cleaned up, removing clicks, pops, hisses, and other noises, especially those introduced on old vinyl recordings or magnetic tapes.
For more information please contact Allen to discuss your transfer and restoration needs.
